Got some bad news today at work. It's not the best thing in the world to have to open your email and see a shock. It's also not a barrel of fun to shut your self down so that you can continue working.
Cooking helps with that. So does making new things, recipies, adapting to what we have to use and what we need.
It's when you stop cooking, working, moving that the sadness creeps in. That's when it really hits you.
