You need to move out of the way when the hot food is coming towards you and some one asks politely that you shift.

You do not 1) step closer to the area that the hot food will be placed in, 2) try to touch the pan
with the hot food in it, 3) come closer to the hot food and the claustrophobic chef who is trying to put out on the hot bar, 4) did i mention the food is hot and will burn both you and me?

I at one point yelled 'excuse me!' and walked in front of a large group of people who were staring inanely at an empty pan. They didnt move till I was bumping into them. And, no, I didnt hit them with the hot pan. Though it was tempting.

You didn't even mention the burn. I'm not sure if I should be proud you did not, or wonder if you were protecting your coworkers's level of stupid while stressing the customers.

Not sure if it's stupidity or what. Although it's very odd to have my non-adam's apple stick out like this...
